Who do I call during my stay if I need assistance?

You’ll find the manager on duty’s business card in your Houseboat.  Please do not hesitate to call his cell phone.  Information is also in your guest directory.

Where do I check -in?

Prior to arrival, we will contact you to arrange where you will be met at either Harbor Marina or in front of the old Black Cow restaurant.

Prior to arrival, we will contact you to arrange where you will park at either Harbor Marina or in front of the old Black Cow restaurant.

Does housekeeping come daily or after the stay?

Housekeeping comes at the end of your stay.

How do I get extra towels and linens?

Contact the manager on duty.

What is your children’s policy?

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  We discourage stays of   toddlers and children 5 and under.

How old can you be to rent the Houseboat?

Must be 25 or older to rent without an accompanying adult.

What is 18-24 age policy?

This age group must also be accompanied a person 25 years of age or older.

Where do I leave trash after the stay?

There are barrels located on the docks.  Any trash inside the Houseboat will be picked up at the end of your stay.

How do I re-book for next year to be sure to get same dates?

We have placed a Save the Date Priority Booking Card in your Houseboat.  Please complete the information.   Leave on the coffee table, and we’ll contact you.
